How We Price This Service

Vehicle Transport is priced from our published rate sheet. The rate per loaded mile steps down as the run gets longer, a $375 minimum protects short runs, and accessorials are only billed when they actually happen.

Loaded miles × tier rate (min $375) + accessorials = Your rate

1. Loaded miles
Real driving distance from pickup to delivery, calculated with live truck routing — not straight-line distance. Deadhead is already built into the expedited tier rates.
2. Tier rate
Your mileage lands in one of the bands below, from $3.75/mile on short runs down to $1.75/mile at 801–900 miles. Anything past 900 miles is quoted individually.
3. Minimum vehicle transport charge $375
If the mileage math comes in under the minimum, the minimum applies — dedicating a truck and driver has a floor cost.
4. Accessorials
Extra services, tolls, ferries and permits are added only when incurred, itemized on your invoice.

Example: a 250-mile run bills at $3.25/mile = $812.5. An 80-mile run at $3.75/mile comes in under the $375 minimum, so the minimum applies instead.
